Pastor Anthony & Pastor Eliza Lee | Lead Pastor | Kids Pastor
Anthony and Eliza have over 25 years of ministry experience. Pastor Anthony serves as lead pastor and Eliza serves as Children’s Pastor. They have two daughters Juliana and Sophia. Pastor Anthony is a graduate from Eugene Bible College for his undergrad in 2001, and then Wheaton Graduate School earning a M.A. in Ministry Leadership, class of 2023. He has a passion for building effective teams and seeing the name of Jesus famous in Central Oregon. Eliza has been a professional dance instructor for over 20 years and loves working with children. The Lees love hanging with friends & family, coffee, running, biking, golfing, and exploring Central Oregon. Go Ducks!
Pastor Colton Stickler | Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Pastor Colton leads our Live Youth ministry. Partnering with many different ministries, Colton graduated from New Hope Christian College in 2016 and has been following God’s call to California, Iowa, and Hawaii before returning to Oregon. Colton is an avid hiker, snowboarder, and coffee drinker, who loves to see students grow in their Kingdom identity.
Pastor Dan LeLaCheur | Pastor Emeritus
Partnering in ministry and serving Church of the Cascades for over 30 years, the LeLaCheur’s have walked with the COTC family in a beautiful pursuit of Christ. They have five children who all serve the Lord in various places around the country. Jessica their first child went to be with the Lord in childhood. They take great joy in their eight grandchildren as the blessing passes on! Pastor Dan leads our 60+ ministries and helps with counseling among the many other areas he serves at Church of the Cascades.
Pastor Jackson Michelson | Pastor of Worship & Creative Arts
Jackson married his high school sweetheart Shayla and they have 3 wonderful kids Lily, Theran, & Gates. Jackson is a recording artist signed to Curb|Word Entertainment in Nashville, TN. Before moving to Tennessee, Jackson spent 7 years in worship ministry in his hometown Corvallis, OR. Beaver Believer, Taco Enthusiast, passionate about worship culture. He & his family recently moved to Bend, and are determined to find the best Mexican food in town.
